We are happy to bring Coolie Skoolie to your event!

Cost:

​$50 Appearance Fee (within 5 miles of East Washington, PA)

 $75 Appearance Fee (within 10 miles of East Washington, PA but greater than 5 miles)​

If your event is greater than 10 miles of East Washington, PA there will be an additional per mile fee added. (currently $.75 per mile over 10 miles + $75 appearance fee)​

All prices of ice cream, candy, water and bottled drinks are posted on the menu boards of the ice cream bus.​

Details:​

Coolie Skoolie Ice Cream Bus will arrive at your location 10 minutes prior to the agreed upon time to begin serving. 

 There will be one of two billing options for the event and the appearance fee must be paid at time of booking.

All items purchased will be rung up under one tab and paid for by the designated responsible person or 

all items purchased will be paid for by each individual in attendance at the event.

 Events that can guarantee 500+ orders will be allowed special pricing of 10% off all menu items or $3.75 per person with a reduced menu.

Birthday Parties

​

We offer a $99 option for  birthday celebrations.  For this price you get the Coolie Skoolie Ice Cream Bus on site for 30-45 minutes and ice cream for 12.  Additional items can be purchased at menu board prices.  The birthday person will be given the option to board the bus and pass out ice cream to their guests .
